MANITOBA FIRE CODE

Has been adopted as a regulation (163/98) (Manitoba amendment) under the Fires Prevention Act.

This code deals with life safety for occupants & fire fighters in the event of a fire during the operation of buildings and facilities in use.
The Manitoba Fire Code is made up of 7 parts:
- Part 1: General
- Part 2: Building & Occupant Fire safety
- Part 3: Indoor & Outdoor Storage
- Part 4: Flammable & Combustible Liquids
- Part 5: Hazardous Processes & Operations
- Part 6: Fire Protection Equipment
- Part 7: Fire Emergency Systems in High Buildings
