The
Manitoba Emergency Service College offers 11 courses for persons in the construction
industry that use the Building Code such as building inspectors, municipal officials
and the insurance industry. Ten of the courses are part of the Building Inspector
certification program in Manitoba. Course descriptions and building inspector
certification details are as follows:
Level One - Part 9 buildings, generally described as buildings
not exceeding 600 m2 in area and three storeys or less in building height and
or building classifications as described in the Manitoba Building Code.
